At Sanchiverse, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer easy returns and exchanges.
Return Window
- Returns/Exchanges allowed within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
Please email us at apnabusiness@gmail.com within 72 hours with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return/exchange
- 2–3 clear photos of the product & packaging (if damaged/defective)
After approval, we’ll share pickup/self-ship instructions and the return address.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method.
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit.
- Refund is initiated after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock, you can wait for restock or take a refund/store credit.
Out of Stock
Most out-of-stock products are restocked within 1–2 business days.
Non-Returnable Cases
- Used/installed items
- Products without original packaging
- Damage due to misuse
Shipping Charges (if applicable)
- If you received a wrong/defective item, return shipping is on us.
- For change of mind cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
